Tabitha Digal, a 19 yr old girl, hails from Village-Simanbadi, Block-Daringbadi, of Kandhamal district of Southern Odisha. She belongs to a humble family.  Sri. Manuraj Digal, Tabitha’s father, works as a farmer and her mother Mrs. Mami Digal is a Home Maker. She has one brother and two sisters including herself. Tabitha belongs to a financially weak family. Her father made a lot of efforts to meet basic needs of his family. She had an aspiration to become doctor for that she was taking professional coaching at KSCC but unfortunately she was unable to qualify in the first attempt but she was not disheartened and tried for the second time and finally got qualified for B.Sc. Nursing professional course. Thus she made everybody proud in her family, coaching staff, teachers, Friends, SOLID.

Tabitha requested SOLID organization to support 50% for the fees for taking admission at CMC Vellore, Chittor Campus for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing). She wanted to be a good and dedicated Nurse to serve people. She wanted to be a care givers for patients and help to manage basic needs, prevent illness, and treat health conditions not only for the patients in the hospitals but also to support needy students those who could not study due to lack of  financial problem. Tabitha said that, she will definitely support poor and needy students to be emerge as professionals. She will also be able to build a good home and break the poverty cycle of her family and free from the debt bondage.

She always wishes and wanted to study hard to be liberated and self sufficient as a female. She is more and more grateful towards the staffs of SOLID who all have helped her to stay focused to achieve her goal and gave much importance to her for clearing the CMC entrance tests and for taking admission in nursing course, especially motivating, mentoring and taking good care of her in every field. She has expressed her thanks and gratefulness towards the donor as well as the management of SOLID for extending all their kind support to her to complete her B.Sc. nursing course.
